Shipping & Pickup Policy

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please find our shipping and pickup details below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a second notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Within Australia

We offer flat rate shipping Australia-wide, based on the total weight of your order. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

In-Store Pickup

Prefer to collect your order in person? Choose Local Pickup at checkout to skip the shipping fees.

Hunter Valley Visitor Information Centre
455 Wine Country Drive, Pokolbin NSW 2320

Pickup Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9am – 5pm

Orders are typically ready for collection within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, including pickup instructions. Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available through our website, but we may be able to accommodate international orders on a custom basis. If you're located outside Australia and are interested in purchasing from us, please get in touch via vicsales@cessnock.nsw.gov.au and we’ll be happy to assist where possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a notification email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, we recommend contacting the delivery provider listed in your tracking email. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us directly.
